Following the cave, I visited The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee.
The space is very compact, and the distance between performers and the audience is surprisingly close. Even now, various artists perform there.
This is the place where Taylor Swift was discovered by music industry professionals and got her first big break, making it famous among fans.
It’s hard to imagine her now as a global superstar, but thinking of her standing on this small stage as a solo singer-songwriter back then was deeply moving.
The Bluebird Cafe isn’t just about Taylor—artists like Garth Brooks and Faith Hill also got their start here, along with many other songwriters.
Spending time surrounded by music, Nashville has truly become one of my favorite places.
