Can you handle to ship to/from Mexico or Canada in emergency situation?
Yes, we can arrange an expedited truck or air 24/7. Please check emergency services.
Can you provide us door-to-door service from oversea to our US customers?
Yes, we do. We have 21 local subsidiaries in 13 countries strongly supporting the local expansion of companies from both hardware aspects, such as our warehouses and truck networks, to software aspects such as local staff. Beside that, we have global networks at 450 locations in more 120 countries.
Can you package a fragile item?
Yes, we can. We will utilize appropriate packaging methods to ensure the quality and safety of any items.
What warehousing service do you offer?
We offer storage, picking, packaging, shipping, inventory management, cross-docking, etc.
What items do you handle at your warehouses?
Automotive-related products, foods, materials, hazmat, etc. Please contact us for any specific items.
Can you manage by Lot Number (LOT#) and the First In, First Out (FIFO)?
Yes, we provide efficient inventory management based on LOT# and FIFO.
