I had no idea peaches were so abundant in Georgia until I moved to Atlanta, known as the Peach State.
Peaches are in season from late June to August, and you can find them everywhere with their sweet aroma filling the air.
Since moving here, I’ve been eating way too many!
My personal favorite way to eat them is with prosciutto and burrata, drizzled with balsamic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
It’s a simple snack, but it goes perfectly with both wine and beer!
